“BelWillesden” company is working to create a family shopping & entertainment centre, where shopping can be interesting and varied. In the shopping centre there will be:

Anchor operators:

  • “Gippo” hypermarket,
  • a household appliances supermarket,
  • stores of clothing and footwear for children,
  • children’s entertainment centre.

A food court for 6 operators:

  • “Garage” café
  • “Sushi House” restaurant
  • “Cinnabon” café-bakery
  • "Ti amo" café-bakery

A zone for the organization of POP-UP STORES, as well as thematic, seasonal, festive fairs, tradeshows, etc

Architecture

The building of the shopping centre daringly changes the architecture and the silhouette of Partizansky avenue, however it naturally suits the surrounding landscape and the woodland of the district. City dwellers and visitors will be pleasantly surprised by an unusual architecture of the building, play of colour on an intricate “broken” façade, an unusual illumination during the night-time, original stylistic and colour solutions of the interior design of the shopping & entertainment centre.

The shopping centre is located in such a way, that the main facades are well-observed from Partizansky avenue, Minsk ring road, Mashinostroiteley and Angarskaya streets.

The real estate developer is Foreign Unitary Industrial and Commercial Enterprise “BelWillesden”.

The main business of the company is retail trading. The development of “BelWillesden” retail network began in 2002, when the enterprise designed the concept of “Retail trading network”. “BelWillesden” company was the real estate developer of all the stores.

The shopping centre is equipped with a robust and modern ventilation system with heat recovery and extra air conditioning, analogue addressable fire alarm system, video surveillance Bolid – a well-known producer on the territory of the Commonwealth of Independent States. For the tenants there are separate unloading areas, with the organization of goods transportation to the 2nd floor with the help of cargo elevators.
